How to return or replace?

Contact us at:balagolds@163.com, and don't forget to send us the express bill as well as product photo. We'll help you send it back to the warehouse and after receiving the damaged one, we'll resend you the good one as soon as possible.

Please Notes:
● Customers may return and replacements, with tags and replacements must be filed within 14 days (starts from the signing date )
● Return or replacement due to damage/loss of package/accessories will not be accepted.
● Please contact us within 14 days. Any case filed after 14 days will be declined.
● Shipping fee for replacement will be charged if it's not due to objective reasons, eg. product defects.
● If you're not happy about the product you received, feel free to contact us.
● If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

● If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
● No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

RETURN PROCESS: To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.
